CCTV
Thank you for the huge fundraising effort by various members of our community.
An extra big thank you goes to a parent, Steven Harwood, who completed a bike ride from Anglesey to Mostyn and raised a massive £1300.00.
This now means that we have enough money to go ahead with the purchase of our CCTV. We are hopeful that this will put a stop to people trespassing onto the school grounds and to the impact which this is having on children in school and the opportunities we can offer.
Lunch Club / Intergenerational Project
Our Lunch Club, for the more mature members of our local community, is now well established and meets once a month, on a Wednesday, for a delicious hot meal. This is an excellent opportunity for intergenerational work, which everyone involved seems to enjoy.
Scholastic Book Fair
Children from Dosbarth Willow worked very hard at our Scholastic Book Fair which took place between Friday 27th September and Wednesday 3rd October.
Their hard work really paid off as we managed to sell over £600.00 worth of books giving us £232.10 for our school to spend on FREE BOOKS.
